Expired Activation Link #
In WPEngine, the activation link won’t work correctly due a conflict with cache.
To solve this issue, follow these steps:
- In the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Theme My Login → General.
- Find the “Reset Password” field. For this example, let’s suppose it is “mm-resetpass” (without quotes).
- Contact the WP Engine support via chat and ask them to add the following exclusion to the cache:
path: ^/mm-resetpass/
And that’s it!
The activation links created by Theme My Login should work correctly now.
