For a weird reason, the stylesheet needed for the submenu is not being enqueued anymore if the Container Animation is set to Default. So, if the dropdown menus of a site are frozen (constantly visible), follow this steps:
- Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Primary Menu > SUB MENU – Container Animation.
Select any option except Default.
