Dogs 4 Diabetics (D4D) came to us with the goals of streamlining their site content, modernizing their website design to coordinate with their new logo and brand guidelines, and refining their complex site features.
To accommodate the large number of events D4D hosts, we implemented an events system to allow for recurring events in different categories. The “Nose Tracker” feature allows visitors to track the progress of the D4D dogs in training dogs as they advance through D4D’s scent detection program. D4D also wanted an area of the website that was private and password protected for specific users to access.
We expanded their application process to include the Pre-Application Workshop (PAWS) as online media content. The new application process requires that applicants first pass the PAWS quiz before they can access the application materials. This helps streamline the application process while educating potential applicants about the program and requirements.
