“Inclusionary housing” refers to a range of local policies that tap the economic gains from rising real estate values to create affordable housing opportunities for low- or moderate-income households. As the affordable housing crisis has been growing, federal resources for affordable housing have been declining.
MIGHTYminnow worked with Grounded Solutions Network to design and develop a site that made a large amount of content and resources accessible and easily navigable to a variety of users. The design includes a custom menu highlighting key resources, and a custom design leveraging Grounded Solutions’ existing brand. The site communicates a complicated topic to varied audiences, from real estate developers and policy makers to the low income residents it means to serve, through a simple easy to navigate design. Support from the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the National Housing Conference made this project possible.
