A true labor of love, Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary, has been saving animals of all kinds near Denver, Colorado since 2009. Broken Shovels is a sanctuary for homeless, abused, neglected, used and slaughter-bound animals. At Broken Shovels, healing, growth and education are front and center. In early 2020, their website was in need of an overhaul — and MIGHTYminnow stepped in to present a fresh and updated look for the site while enhancing their donation system and making many other improvements along the way. We did this all “on the house” (or pro bono), because we love the Broken Shovels mission, dedication and the adorable animals!
