Accessibility

The MIGHTYminnow website has been designed and built to be accessible to all who visit; regardless what device or technology they use. We do our best to make sure our website and the sites we make are as accessible as possible. If you have problems using our site, or any other site we have built, please let us know and we will make it right.

Learn more by reading this case study about the website we built for the Independent Living Resource Center of San Francisco, for which accessibility for disabled users was a primary goal.

The SF Tech Council website was also developed to meet the latest web accessibility standards. We used our Genesis child theme Trestle and implemented several accessibility features and enhancements such as aria labels, enhanced tabbing functionality and focus state styling for buttons to improve keyboard navigation and usability.

Visual & Responsive Website Design

This site uses cascading style sheets (CSS) for design implementation and the pages are readable (or listenable) regardless of whether you have CSS or JavaScript turned on or whether your computer, device, screen reader or Braille display supports those technologies.

The layout of the site is responsive, which means that it adapts happily to the size and shape of the device upon which it is visited.

Responsive websites adapt to the size and shape of the device upon which are visited.
