She was always available to answer questions, and I really appreciated her patience considering my lack of HTML background.
I also really appreciated her candor and honesty shown throughout the project, letting me know when a design element, for example, might not be practical in terms of web maintenance. In my role as Executive Director of a small nonprofit agency, I am confronted daily with the challenging realities of contracting budgets and expanding demand for our services.
